We collect only data required to deliver the service: account data (email, name), resume content, application records, tracking metadata (status, dates), and usage events only when analytics consent is granted.
For AI features (offer/resume analysis, generated content), we primarily use models through the Groq API (OpenAI-compatible interface). Only data required for each request is sent. Retention and hosting conditions at processors depend on their current contractual policies.
Your account and application data are kept while your account stays active. You can delete your account at any time from settings, which triggers deletion of associated records.
Strictly necessary cookies (session, language) are used without prior consent. Analytics trackers are enabled only after explicit opt-in, and you can update your choice anytime via the cookie preferences button.
Some technical processors may handle data outside the European Union. In such cases, we rely on applicable legal transfer mechanisms (for example SCCs and/or adequacy decisions) according to each provider setup.
